Seasons & tournaments
Spin up a single-weekend tournament, a 12-week season, or a season-plus-playoff. Public event page, banner and logo upload, embedded venue map, shareable URL. Every event goes live in minutes.

Registration with per-player payments, AI-assisted scheduling, referee dispatch, live scoring, and shareable player profiles. One platform for the whole job — built for directors who would rather run their event than wrestle with a spreadsheet.

Charge a flat team fee or let every player pay their own way through a unique team link. Configurable fields, registration caps, waitlists, automated welcome emails. Payments land in your account, not the coach’s Venmo.

Every player gets a shareable profile. Stats populate automatically from the referee scoring app — no manual entry. Highlights, game history, cross-season tracking. Send the link to a college coach or post it on social.

Referees score on their phones in real time. Standings update the second a game ends. Tiebreakers run automatically — win/loss, points allowed, point differential, head-to-head, coin flip. Fans watch from the bleachers without an app.

Tell us field count, start and end times, game length. The scheduler proposes a draft that balances field usage and rest. Drag and drop to override. Brackets auto-seed from pool play and update live as scores come in.

Broadcast open slots, refs accept on their phones, reminders fire 72 hours / 24 hours / morning-of. Geo-fenced check-in logs arrival. Payroll calculates per-game or flat-rate. Late or no-show? You get the alert.

Live stream games and create clip highlights. Fans watch from anywhere, parents who can’t make the field follow along in real time, and players walk away with shareable highlight clips — no production crew required.

Most platforms force one coach to collect from every parent and write you a check. That coach gives up volunteering after one season. With Flag50, the platform generates a unique team registration link and each parent pays directly. The money is in your account before the season starts — and the coach can go coach.
Tell Flag50 your field count, start and end times, divisions, and tiebreaker rules. It builds the rest. The scheduling engine balances field usage and gives every team a reasonable rest window. Brackets auto-seed off pool play and update live as scores come in. Same workflow runs a one-weekend tournament, a 12-week season, or a season-plus-playoff.
Every kid who plays in a Flag50 event walks out with a shareable profile. The numbers come from the referee scoring app, so they are real, and they update the second the game ends — no parent typing into a spreadsheet, no coach uploading at midnight. The URL goes on Instagram, in a recruiting email, in the team group chat. This is what keeps families coming back to your league next season.

Name, dates, location, banner, logo. Add divisions (8U, 10U, 12U, 14U or by grade). Set tiebreaker order and game length per division. Public event page goes live with a shareable URL.
Pick flat team fee or per-player payments. Set the cap. Add any fields you need — jersey size, parent contact, emergency info. Send the link. Money lands in your account as registrations come in.
Enter field count, start and end times, break windows. The scheduling engine drafts a balanced schedule. Drag and drop anything you want to change. Send to your officiating company; refs accept their slots.
Refs check in at the field through the geo-fence. They score on their phones. Standings update live. Brackets seed and advance automatically. Player profiles fill with stats. You watch the dashboard.

Flag50 is league and tournament management software for flag football organizations. It runs everything an organizer needs in one place: public event pages, team and player registration with payments, division and pool setup, AI-assisted scheduling, referee assignment and dispatch, live scoring during games, automatic standings and bracket advancement, refunds and financial reporting, and shareable player profile pages. It is built by Stact Inc. specifically for flag football, not adapted from a generic youth-sports platform.
Yes. Flag50 supports two registration modes. In flat-team-fee mode, a coach pays one entry fee for the team. In per-player mode, the platform generates a unique team registration link and each player or parent pays their own portion directly. Per-player payment is one of Flag50's main differentiators — most competing platforms require the director to collect all funds from the coach, which leaves the coach chasing parents on Venmo. With Flag50 the money lands in the director's account as each player signs up.
The director enters the basics — field count and names, start and end times, game duration, and any break windows. The AI-assisted scheduling engine generates a draft schedule that balances field usage and gives every team a reasonable rest window between games. The director sees a visual schedule grid with conflict detection and can drag and drop any game to override the engine. Schedules export to PDF or CSV and have a public share link for coaches and parents.
Flag50 has two referee tracks. For tournaments, the director sends the schedule to the officiating company, the company broadcasts open slots to its referees, refs accept the assignments they want, and the system sends reminders 72 hours out, 24 hours out, and the morning of the game. For weekly leagues, standing assignments auto-populate each week, and open slots broadcast to the referee pool whenever someone is unavailable. On game day, referees check in through a geo-fence at the field, check-in time is logged automatically, and the director gets a late or no-show alert if a ref does not appear.
Every player who plays in a Flag50 league or tournament gets a shareable profile page. Stats — touchdowns, interceptions, flag pulls, completions, anything tracked by the referee scoring app — populate automatically as games are scored, with no manual entry by the coach or parent. The profile shows highlights, game history, and cross-season performance, and the player can share the URL with college coaches, recruiters, or on social media. Cross-tournament player rankings and digital player cards are on the roadmap.
SportsEngine has solid registration but no referee tooling and a complex admin interface. TourneyMachine has strong bracket displays but advancement logic is unreliable in practice and the UX is dated. LeagueApps is built for season-long league management and does not handle tournaments or referees. Zorts is the gold standard for player age and grade verification but does not run tournaments or assign referees. Flag50's edge is the combination none of them ship: integrated referee assignment plus live scoring plus auto-populated player profiles, all under one login.
Player verification is integrated with the Zorts FFR system. Each player carries a status badge — pending, approved, flagged, or rejected — visible to the director on the team roster. Age and grade checks run against the Zorts database, which is the most widely trusted verification source in flag football. The integration is currently pending API access from Zorts.
Yes. The director can issue one-click full refunds or partial refunds directly from the registration record. Refunds flow back through the original payment method. The refund and any partial amount are recorded against the registration so the financial reports stay accurate.
Directors can export a revenue summary broken out by division, registration type, and date range. Expense tracking covers referee payroll and venue costs. The net-proceeds report rolls everything up per tournament or per season and exports to CSV or PDF in an audit-ready package. Schedules, brackets, and rosters also export to CSV or PDF.
Flag50 supports youth and adult flag football, single-weekend tournaments, multi-week seasons, and hybrid season-plus-playoff formats. Divisions can be organized by age group (8U, 10U, 12U, 14U) or by grade (3rd/4th, 5th/6th). Game length, scoring system, and tiebreaker order — win/loss, then points allowed, then point differential, then head-to-head, then coin flip — are all configurable per division.
Free to set up. No demo required. Most directors have their first event live within an afternoon — and email us when something is broken, which we usually fix the same day.
