This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with our websites, mobile applications, live streaming services, analytics tools, AI features, wearable integrations, and related services.

We may create Aggregated or De-Identified Data for analytics, benchmarking, and AI model training. Such data does not identify individuals.

4. Children Under 13 (COPPA Compliance)

  • We collect personal information from children under 13 only with verifiable parental consent or through an Organization acting with proper authorization.
  • Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's personal information.
  • If we learn that information was collected without proper consent, we will delete it promptly.

5. Minors Under 18

  • We limit the collection of data from minors to what is necessary to operate the Services.
  • Minor accounts may be managed by a parent, guardian, or Organization administrator.
  • Parents/guardians may request restriction or removal of publicly visible profile information.
  • Historical game records and statistics may remain part of archived Platform Records unless removal is legally required.

6. Video, Streaming, and Public Content

Events may be live streamed or recorded.

  • Participants acknowledge that games may be recorded and publicly displayed.
  • Player statistics, standings, and outcomes may be visible within the platform.
  • AI-generated clips and highlights may be created automatically.
  • Organizations are responsible for obtaining required media releases.

7. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Payment processors
  • Video processing and AI vendors
  • Organizations managing teams or leagues
  • Legal authorities when required
  • Successors in a merger or acquisition

We do not sell personal information.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations.

Platform Records (scores, standings, statistics) may be retained indefinitely as historical records.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure.
